Chicken Parmesan



I don't use a written recipe for this, so I'll guesstimate it for you, it's so easy.

2 lbs Skinless boneless chicken breasts, pounded thinly
2 eggs, beaten
1-2 Cups seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 TBL garlic powder
1/4 Cup olive oil
6-8 oz mozzarella, shredded
Shaker parmesan cheese
1 lb. pasta, cooked
2 Cups marinara

Combine seasonings with bread crumbs into a shallow dish. Place beaten eggs into another shallow dish. Dredge chicken breasts in eggs, allow excess to drip off. Then dip into bread crumbs to coat well. Pan fry in a little olive oil until just brown. Place chicken into a 9x13 pan and top with 2 Cups of marinara and shredded mozzarella. Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese melts. Serve over hot cooked pasta and spoon with additional sauce if needed and parmesan cheese.

  1. That just made my stomach growl! Seriously, is there anyone that doesn't like chicken parm? I can't even imagine there is!
