You can make lots of recipes for use of this pan, such as pancakes, omelets, grilled cheese sandwiches, french toast and crepes! Just keep in mind if you're making pancakes to use only 1/2 Cup so you don't make a mess while flipping it to the griddle side. I forgot about trying this pan out when we had pancakes this past weekend, so I made the kids grilled cheese sandwiches today. I flipped the sandwiches (not the pan) to the other side to get a flag imprint on both sides. It worked like a charm! Look how cute they are!
They must be so new that I can't find any info on them online to share. I even heard there aren't any other interchangeable plates, like their pamphlet says. Weird.
