I could definitely use a salad book mine get pretty boring. My favorite salad is from Zupas. It has chicken, strawberries, grapes and cranberries with a raspberry vinaigrette.

The wonderful thing about salads -- they are all good. We had a fresh garden salad this evening with friends -- leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onion, avocado (nope, not from their garden!), shredded carrots. And a choice of extras -- cheese, eggs, bacon bits, shrimp. So, I'd like to add that book to my collection and do even more!! BlickMail@Yahoo.com

i like the one at wendy's with the maderin oranges and almonds and cruchy bits and the oriental dressing. it is probably higher in calories but it sure tastes good.

My favorite is a Millennium salad that I make with grilled chicken, fresh roasted red peppers and feta cheese. Drizzled with a little balsamic dressing, and YUM!

I usually make a warm tofu salad. I sear my tofu and add either spinach or arugula. Then I sprinkle on some almonds and add apples. I finish off with a peanut sauce. it's delicious!
