Alouette and Chavrie would love to help you enjoy a special Valentine's Day and any other special moment worth celebrating! Alouette is a premium cheese available in a wide variety of flavors and styles. Chavrie is a creamy mild and spreadable goat cheese. They also have a variety of products available. Chavrie is great for lots of things like salads, dips, entrees.
I was asked if I'd like to share some recipes and try their cheeses. Of course, right? So, I have a couple recipe I made to share, with lots of photos (this is a review after all!) and links for other recipes they have. With Valentine's Day almost here, I've posted some ideas for use of these cheeses.

Below are some recipes we tried, and I have to tell you, THEY ARE SO GOOD!! Every single person gobbled them up!!
This pizza smelled so good baking, just like a pizzeria! I cheated and used a ready made crust, and used some other herbs. I LOVE that Alouette garlic & herbs cheese spread, I have another in the fridge (spinach & artichoke) to use for crackers later on.
Alouette® Style White Pizza
Category: Entrees
Makes: 4
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Product: Alouette® Soft Spreadable Cheese
Ingredients
1 ready-to-use pizza crust, (10-12”)
1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) Alouette Garlic & Herbs or Alouette Creamy Onion & Shallots
1 can anchovies, drained (optional) (did not use)
1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Niçoise or or other black pitted olives, halved
1 tsp. Herbes de Provence (or ¼ tsp. each of dried rosemary, marjoram, basil and thyme) (Italian Herb Seasoning Grinder)
1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425º F.
Spread pizza crust with Alouette Spreadable Cheese.
Arrange anchovies, onions, tomatoes, and olives in artistic manner on pizza crust.
Sprinkle with Herbs de Provence and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden.
I love their stylish ramekin container! Did you know this was their first spreadable cheese flavor (garlic & herbs), and it's as old as I am! haha
This is SOOO good! I will be making this again. I will admit this is my first time having goat cheese, and I heard it's a flavor you'd either like or hate. Well for this I LOVED it! It blended in with the other flavors, but still had that sharp tang, and tasted great in this recipe.
Chavrie® Cherry Bread Pudding
Serves 5
(adapted: I quadrupled this recipe & baked in a 7" x 3" large ramekin dish for about 1 hour)
Ingredients
•1 egg
•¼ cup sugar
•¼ cup Chavrie® Goat Cheese (I used 2 logs)
•½ cup half-and-half or milk
•1 tsp. vanilla
•2 sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls, torn in 1" pieces (from 12-oz. pkg.) (I used 12 rolls)
•¼ cup dried tart cherries (I used 1 C. Trader Joe's Dark Morello Cherries in Light Syrup)
Instructions
Heat oven to 325° F. Butter 2 oven-proof dishes or ramekins, 8 to 10 oz. capacity each.
Whisk together the egg, sugar and Chavrie® in medium bowl.
Whisk in the half-and-half and vanilla.
Stir in the roll pieces and dried cherries until well coated.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Spoon evenly into dishes. Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until set and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes. Serve topped with a small scoop of ice cream.
Another recipe I made, using the Alouette Brie wedge. Did you know you can eat that white coating on the Brie? I chose not too.
