Review and Giveaway: Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken: Buffalo Chicken Dip

Get ready for game day with Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken! It makes for quick, easy and great recipes. I was sent some coupons and decided to try this great dip myself. It was really easy to put together and tasted great! Since I am not a fan of spicy, I was a little scared this would be hot. NOPE! With the blue cheese dressing and cream cheese in this, it cools it way down. It was great with the celery and crackers as a little snack.

Think about adding the recipe to your game day foods! Who could resist a hot cheesy buffalo chicken dip?

Frank's RedHot Buffalo Chicken Dip
Prep: 5 minutes
Bake: 20 minutes
Makes: About 4 cups

1 pkg. (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 ounces)
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing or ranch salad dressing
2 cans (12.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1/2 cup any flavor FRANK'S® RedHot® sauce
Assorted fresh vegetables or crackers

1.Heat the oven to 350° F.
2.Stir the cream cheese in a 9-inch deep dish pie plate with a fork or whisk until it's smooth.
Stir in the dressing, pepper sauce and blue cheese. Stir in the chicken.
3.Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.
Stir before serving.
Serve with the vegetables and crackers for dipping.
