We were sent a copy of this Light & Delish and let me tell you! It is full of all kinds of good stuff! I made 2 recipes from it so far and have others marked. I found these recipes online also, but their nutritional values are different than what's posted in the bookazine (ingredients are the same). ??? Anyways, what I made was great we all enjoyed these 2 of many recipes they've shared. I will share the online recipe version on my recipe blog.

Penne with Sausage and Broccoli Rabe from Good Housekeeping
-We loved the simplicity of this recipe since it calls for just 8 ingredients and the flavors were great as well. I couldn't find broccoli rabe, so I used regular broccoli.

Chicken Tacos with Charred Salsa from Redbook
-This recipe takes some prep time. I roasted a whole chicken then shredded it. For the salsa, I charred the vegetables on a very hot cast iron pan, then blended it all up. On the same cast iron pan, I warmed up the little corn tortillas. We all enjoyed this recipe as well, and ate leftover salsa and guacamole with chips.

I wrote this review for "Mommy? I'm Hungry!" about Light & Delish. I received a free copy to keep for this review from Light & Delish. All opinions for this review are that of myself & family. Product info & stock images provided by PR or Co.
