-closed- Plentyful Pantry No-Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Bars Giveaway and Tomoson Review

Sponsored by Tomoson.com

Dessert is ready in a flash! These no-bake Key Lime Cheesecake Bars from Plentyful Pantry are perfect when you don't feel like taking all day in the kitchen baking a cheesecake. Chill time is just an hour (but I let mine chill all day). All you need for these tart and tangy and still delicious bars, is 2 packages of cream cheese, a little warm water and melted butter. Mix the melted butter with the chocolate crust, press into an 8x8 pan, then mix together the water, cream cheese and cheesecake mix really well then pour onto crust. Easy!

It says to cut into 16 pieces, but who are we kidding? I cut it into 8 pieces. The longer chill time helped my pieces hold up well. Garnished with a little lime zest and we all enjoyed these! The mixes come in the cutest packaged ever too!!
I also have a coupon code for you: HUNGRY20 for 20% off their entire website!

  13. These look great and of course you would cut them into 8 pieces. I’m sure 16 were ok, but too small. Thanks for this article.
