You can make lots of recipes for use of this pan, such as pancakes, omelets, grilled cheese sandwiches, french toast and crepes! Just keep in mind if you're making pancakes to use only 1/2 Cup so you don't make a mess while flipping it to the griddle side. I forgot about trying this pan out when we had pancakes this past weekend, so I made the kids grilled cheese sandwiches today. I flipped the sandwiches (not the pan) to the other side to get a flag imprint on both sides. It worked like a charm! Look how cute they are!
They must be so new that I can't find any info on them online to share. I even heard there aren't any other interchangeable plates, like their pamphlet says. Weird. However there is a number to contact them at 1-888-354-7448. I wouldn't even know where you could buy one if you wanted to. But if you'd like a chance to WIN one...
They have offered one of my readers to WIN one of these Flip it Pans!

I usually spend the 4th at the local rodeo watching fireworks. My husband and I were certified pyrotechnicians a couple years back and worked a local fireworks show on the waterfront (that was fun).
ReplyDeleteWe celebrate with a BBQ with hamburgers, baked beans, cucumber salad, and a cool whip and berries dessert :)

What a cute pan! I cook all the the time and this would be a fun new toy for me!
ReplyDeleteWe like to keep Independence Day simple. Just family, friends, grilling out, watermelon. The usual stuff:)

Now that's pretty cool!
ReplyDeleteWe used to have a family reunion of sorts on the 4th but so many have passed on now that it sort of went the wayside. Now it's just me and The Hubs - cooking out and maybe going to catch the fireworks show.
That is the coolest! I want to win THAT. We celebrate with a BBQ and everyone brings fireworks so they go off for hours. And this year its not suppose to RAIN. Woo Hoo. I love global warming here in the Pacific NW. hehe
ReplyDeletei am married to a scot. so if i'm lucky, i get hotdogs. we watch fireworks from distance...i don't like the noise...just the works!

Adorable Pan!
ReplyDeleteWe love watching the parade on the 4th, then going to the pool. At night we watch the fireworks.
This year, we're traveling.
manuelinha@gmail.com
that is a pretty cool pan!
ReplyDeleteWe're going fishing that morning but we'll probably go out to the local air force base to watch the fireworks there. My husband recently retired from the AF but it's in his blood so we do what we can to support the local base.
I spend my 4th of July with family! We typically do the usual grilling and fireworks, but this year we are doing something completely different - we're packing up for a picnic at a local vineyard! I'm excited to do something new and unique - should be fun!
ReplyDeleteThanks, vancy31[at]gmail[dot]com
I have never seen one of those. We celebrate with family and friends with a grill out everyone brings a dish. Then we all watch the fireworks together.
ReplyDeleteThat is so cool! I spend the 4th on the beach, then cookout and fire works on Cape Cod.
ReplyDeleteOn the fourth of July, I make a fruit pizza, buy an angel food cake and turn it into a Fourth of July Celebration Cake with heavy whipping cream and strawberries on the outside and lemon curd on the inside. We celebrate with friends. Everyone brings a dish! Oh the dishes. I think this year, I'll add a dinner discussion: who's our favorite American Hero and why! The kids run, play--a total outside day. Then, when the evening settles down, maybe the fireflies come out, the moon comes out and the fireworks begin! Then we all cuddle up in awe of the sound and color unfolding before us!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great thing! I usually start the Fourth out with a neighborhood breakfast and then relax (maybe go to the pool), then we do an easy dinner (we try to get invited to someone's barbecue) and then fireworks! We love sparklers :)christi.higham@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteIt my boyfriend and my 3rd year anniversary so we will be celebrating by attending the annual 4th of July party where we met!:) Happy 4th!

ReplyDeleteIts all about family and enjoying time together!

We celebrate starting with the parade in Ferndale then head to Eureka for awhile. Then we go back to Ferndale to BBQ with grandma and do the fireworks thing. This year we are all wearing flag shirts even.

We have a big bar-b-que with all the extended friends and family in the afternoon and then as it is getting dark we caravan in a few cars to the county park where we watch the fireworks display. This is a yearly tradition.
ReplyDeleteespressogurl at hotmail dot com
we'll just be watching the parade, fireworks and maybe do a bbq with friends?
