We have 6 children, 4 of them boys. Over the years my boys have received many cars and car tracks for birthdays, Christmas, and such but out of all the cars they have the Hot Wheels brand are a favorite. Most generic brands break super easy and other brands don't roll as smoothly on the tracks. I usually end up throwing away the other cars but we still have all our Hot Wheels.

I grew up with four brothers who wear crazy obsessed with ot Wheels and always building race tracks. So I guess it grew on me, now with three sons of my own and tey too are obsessed Hot Wheels and tracks. Not a time goes by while we are at Target and we all are checking out the Hot Wheels. We never leave without a couple of them.

I follow via GFC (Carole Spring) and we are a Hot Wheels Super-Fan Family because everyone in our family loves to play with Hot Wheels. I remember my younger brother (and me) playing with Hot Wheels in our youth. Years later the Hot Wheels were passed on to my daughter who played with them and now we have passed those same cars down to my grandson who makes engine noises, carries the Hot Wheels everywhere, and plays with them for hours. He now possesses many 'antique' cars :-) When we go out shopping my husband almost always finds the need to buy a new Hot Wheels vehicle saying that our grandson doesn't have that particular one. Of course my husband wants to play with it too.

One of my little guys has a lot of Hot Wheels.. that is the toy that always gets played with when the cousins show up.. including the girls.. we don't have tracks.. we all use a rug that has roads and building printed on it and the play with the cars on the rug.

My sons have always had Hot Wheels and now my granddaughter and grandson collect Hot Wheels. We have 3 map rugs we keep rolled out on the floor and with kleenex boxes, cookie sheets, rulers etc we make bridges to connect them all.
