In addition to her Eat-Clean Diet series and other books, she writes monthly columns for Oxygen and Clean Eating magazines, and articles for other fitness publications. Today at 52 years old, Tosca is a mother of four and has never looked or felt better. Her passion is to help others surpass their unhappy place that they may be stuck in and soar!

The Eat-Clean Diet was named in US Weekly as Hollywood’s top 5 favorite diets with celebrity fans Nicole Kidman and Halle Berry. It was also covered in The Washington Post, NY Daily News, USA Today and The Hollywood Reporter and has been posted as one of the top diets on AOL Health. It’s been reported that Angelina Jolie credited Tosca's Eat-Clean Diet for her glowing looks and health after the birth of her twins. According to US Weekly, celebs Lisa Rinna, Cheryl Burke and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz are “Eating Clean.” And OK Magazine ran a piece about Halle Berry following the Eat-Clean Diet which stabilizes blood sugar levels-crucial for the actress, who is diabetic.

I love a cookbook with recipe photos, this sure has one of each on gorgeous glossy pages. As part of my review I chose to make a recipe for us all to enjoy, a nice light noodle salad. Mind you most of these recipes are for a more adult taste, you may be surprised if your little ones enjoy them too. Mine liked the noodles with the Asian dressing. Mr. and I loved this Cold Soba Noodle Salad with Cashew Miso Dressing. In fact, he ate 3 serving of it. I even found cashew butter for the dressing and told him I could've just used peanut butter, and he said no way, and that's one flavor he caught at first taste was the cashew butter. I went ahead and made a double batch, because what is better than leftover noodle salad?

Another of her recipes I was deciding on was her Quinoa and Black Bean Lunch Bowl. It's got quinoa, black beans, zesty hummus, greens, salsa, avocado.... maybe for lunch next time. I can't wait to try her other recipes too.

*Tosca did also write a book, The Eat-Clean Diet for Family and Kids, I'd love to check that one out. Check out eatcleandiet.com for more info.

I can't remember if we have this one or not, but there is a book oriented at kids. The recipes weren't too bad as we tried them, though it can be a bit strange seeing the author showing up so often inside the book. I understand that's her style - it was just strange to me.

However, the recipes worked pretty well and there was a lot of info about fast food, avoiding it, making better choices, etc. If you're trying to eat clean, the recipes can really help.

I don't care about diets and other people making rules about what I can and can't eat (I do enough of that on my own), BUT this looks delicious and I'm totally going to make it for myself.

The cashew miso dressing really caught my eye. This is the kind of salad I could eat all day.

It is vegetarian week at our online Get Grillin’ event and we would love if you submitted up to any 3 recipes (they don’t have to be grilled) to our link up. This one would be perfect!
This week we have a ManPans giveaway. http://bit.ly/k1tKeY
