SeaPak Poptoberfest Giveaway and Review

For the first time, SeaPak is launching a Poptoberfest festival, a family program to be held during the month of October. SeaPak is celebrating family and the time they are able to spend together. Not only does SeaPak want families to enjoy delicious meals together, but they also want to encourage families taking a vacation from the everyday routine.
During Poptoberfest, friends and fans of SeaPak will be able to engage on Facebook where there will be weekly trivia, polls, and fun questions that celebrate family time together. There will also be a different prize and special coupon offers given away each week.

To help them celebrate Poptoberfest, we were able to try SeaPak POPcorn Fish and POPcorn Shrimp. Remeber last year I reviewed the POPcorn Fish and made them into my fave fish tacos. This time we did another favorite, POPcorn Shrimp with an apricot and soy dipping sauce. I was making some coconut chicken for dinner, so I fried up this POPcornShrimp as well. The sauce is simply 1/2 cup apricot preserves, 2 TBL soy sauce, maybe 1/4 C. water, heated over medium heat in a small saucepan until it all combines together. You could also add in some red pepper flakes if you want it spicy. I thought only Mr. and I would be eating the shrimp, but nope. the two youngest kiddos ate it as well. They're perfect pop-in-your-mouth size and was great either alone or dipped in the sauce.
