For my review of ATHENOS Feta, I was sent a coupon to pick some up. I found the garlic herb flavor and can't wait to try it out in a green bean salad. I also made this refreshing watermelon salad that also has feta in it. I'm not one for this type of salad, but decided I'd give it a try since I had all the ingredients anyways, and I really liked it!

ATHENOS offers nine varieties of feta cheese and comes in either bulk or crumble styles and now with a resealable shaker cup. They are available at grocery stores and mass merchandisers nationwide in the dairy aisle (I usually find them near the deli section of wrapped cheeses).

Refreshing Watermelon Salad
3 cups chopped watermelon (3/4-inch chunks)

1 cup chopped cucumbers (1/4-inch chunks)

1/2 cup crumbled ATHENOS Mild Feta Cheese

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint

2 Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Combine ingredients. Serve immediately.

For my giveaway I was offered to give one reader this fantastic, stylish, Greek-inspired bowl by Jonathan Adler.
