I was sent a sampling of all their varieties, so I went to work adding it to the many foods I like to prepare at home. Being in ground form, flaxseed blends right into any recipe and isn't noticeable. I like that since I can sneak it into their pancakes. I use it all the time in my gluten free goods, noatmeal and pancakes already. I try to use it more and more because of all the health benefits it provides. I really like the mixed flavors with seeds or berries, adds a little something nice to my food.
shelled hemp in my gluten free lemon poppy seed loaf
ground organic flaxseed mixed into my gluten free sausage gravy
milled flaxseed cocoa & berries in my bananas and yogurt with crushed chex
