POM Syrup

I was recently contacted by the makers of POM, they saw my blog post about Nigella's No-Churn Pomegranate Ice Cream and wanted me to sample more of their good stuff! Sure! Who says "no thanks"? hee hee

Not long after, I received a box of 8 mini bottles of POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice. I had already visited their site and saw they have some great recipes to share. I already have my mind on a few, but made this POM Syrup late one night to have all ready and nice and thick, in the morning . Man, that is some great syrup!

Oooh, yum! I made a similar syrup the last couple of weekends for waffles. So yummy! I think there are so many recipes to try, I may be going through that juice faster than I think!

I had Pomagranet (sp) juice once and it was yucky. Maybe I got the wrong flavor. I love fresh pom. and your pictures look wonderful. I may have to try it again.

The pomegranate syrup looks good! I love POM juice. Have you tried the blueberry pomegranate flavor? So good. I wish it was a bit cheaper though, especially these days. I also like their tea products, which I wrote about.
