Review: JAKKS Pacific Inc. Toys

The great folks at JAKKS Pacific Inc. wanted my kiddos to review some of their toys for them! They sent us the Girl Gourmet cake bakery, Style Six airbrush and GX Racers turbo launcher. They were SUPER excited a package came just for them, and even more excited to find toys inside! They love it when "Mommy? I'm Hungry!" gets packages!

Of course we tore into them right away, my oldest got to play with the Style Six, my middle one baked and decorated a cake with her Girl Gourmet, and of course our little boy got the GX Racer. Not long after we received the toys, we started seeing the commercial for the Girl Gourmet. They were so excited to say "Hey! We have that!".

From Mommy I'm Hungry

We all had fun playing with the Girl Gourmet cake bakery. If any of you ever had an Easy Bake Oven growing up, you would have fun playing with this and your little ones. You mix a cake mix and microwave it for 30 seconds and then make the fondant and lay it over the cake layers. You then decorate it with icing using the air gun. The Girl Gourmet comes with everything you need to make 2 cakes. We all made the first one (it looked nothing like a Charm City Cake, lol) and since it's so easy to use, my oldest and middle one made the other cake themselves. What fun we had! From Mommy I'm Hungry

My oldest was super excited about the Style Six airbrush. She's into that kind of stuff, and really anything crafty you can wear. It's a motorized airbrush that uses Blopens markers! She jumped right into it, finding a tank top to use, and hooked everything up. It come with stencils you just stick on and peel off when done. You put a marker pen in the air brush holder, and push the trigger. It's supposed to air brush it onto the shirt but most colors were not working so well with it. Another option they have, is to manually air brush it, by blowing into the pen. That worked probably best for us, harder to do, but she did most of her tank that way! She was even kind enough to help her sister with a t shirt design. Click HERE to see a quick commercial of it!
"Create unique graphics on most fabrics with the ease of a motorized airbrush using Blopens® markers! Airbrush cool stenciled designs or subtle tie dye effects onto any part of your outfit! Express your own sense of style!" -source

My little guy loves anything with wheels and motors! He's always happy with a $1 Hot Wheel car! So when he got the GX Racers turbo launcher, he was so excited! You j ust load the car onto the launcher, rev it up and let it zoom away! So cool! Click HERE for a quick commercial.
"The GX Racers Turbo Launcher™ playset will allow kids to launch to even faster speeds (up to 700 scale MPH) with their GX Racers™ vehicles! Rocket your GX Racers™ vehicles to new insane speeds! This motorized launcher even connects to other track sets.*" -source

You reference Ace of Cakes, but you know half the people on that show wouldn't be allowed to use this product - it's GIRL Gourmet, after all! Boys don't bake! And they CERTAINLY don't decorate cakes!
