Review and Giveaway: Culturelle Probiotic Digestive Health Products

Did you know that 70% of your immune system is in your digestive tract? That's why it's important not to think of digestion and immunity as two separate issues. What happens in your core is crucial to your overall health.

When the natural balance of good and bad bacteria in your intestinal tract is disturbed, your digestive health is open to a host of potential concerns. Culturelle, containing Lactobacillus GG, the most studied probiotic, and Inulin, a prebiotic, naturally replaces the bad bacteria, returning healthy balance to your intestinal tract, leaving your digestive system healthier and better protected. Culturelle is great for both children and adults.

Culturelle products comes in:
-Natural Health and Wellness
-Culturelle for Kids
-Digestive Health
-Dairy-Free Natural Health and Wellness

Culturelle is manufactured with at least 30 billion live cells with at least 10 billion guaranteed at time of usage. This is about 10 times the amount of probiotic bacteria found in many yogurts (and without the additional sugar or calories).

So I have been taking Culterelle Digestive Health for this review, once daily for a few days now (after reading rave reviews on Culturelle online) and can already honestly say I can see improvement in my digestive health. I had my gallbladder out 10 years ago, and some things just have not been the same since. These have been helping me feel better and less worrisome about my days and what I can eat. I think I am going to continue using these for now on. If you have any issues with your digestive health, you may want to think about trying Culturelle products.
Culturelle for Kids contains Lactobacillus GG, the most clinically studied probiotic, or good bacteria, in the world. Culturelle for Kids is one of the very few probiotics available that is 100% dairy and gluten free. Good bacteria found in Culturelle for Kids safely and naturally displaces bad bacteria, strengthening kids natural defense systems, improving digestion, reducing digestive upset and leaving children happier and feeling healthier.
Promoting Good Health in Children Studies prove that Culturelle given to children:
· Strengthens their still-developing immune system
· Helps reduce upset stomach
· Improves their digestion
· Helps maintain regular bowel movements
· Helps with occasional diarrhea
· Helps replenish good bacteria after taking medications, like antibiotics
· Helps manage symptoms associated with colic Lactobacillus GG (Lactobacillus GG is a non-pathogenic (harmless) human strain of bacteria that occurs in the natural fermentation of dairy products, fruits, vegetables and meats).

I learned that yogurt only has 1/10th of the live bacteria in a Culturelle pill (10 billion which is absolutely mind-blowing!) What an awesome give-away!

I learned that some bacteria can actually help our immune system. (honestly, I always thought it would make us sick; I'm not very knowledgable about the good kind!) Very interesting.

I learned Our bodies are filled with bacteria - billions, maybe trillions of them. Some are good. Others are bad. Under normal circumstances, your body maintains a healthy balance of good and bad. Trouble can arise when the bad bacteria take over, compromising digestion and your immune system. You know the feeling: bloating, poor digestion, irregularity, occasional diarrhea. That's when the power of probiotics can help.
