I was sent a copy of The Stocked Kitchen by Sarah Kallio and Stacey Krastins. Do you ever find yourself in a bind once you go to start a recipe and don't have everything you need? Be prepared and have stress free nights of wondering what's for dinner. This book is designed to use their shopping list so you can have a stocked kitchen for recipes to make with items on hand. No need for prepackaged meals, having items on hand you can prepare a home cooked healthy meal for you and your family to enjoy. The list contains everyday items that you'll use over and over so no need to buy some exotic item you'll only use once in a recipe. This book comes with handy tear-out-already-printed grocery lists, and all these items are ones found in each recipe in The Stocked Kitchen book. One grocery list...endless recipes.

For a recipe review, I made their Asian Lettuce Wraps and Cheesy Chicken Chili recipes. Both these recipes called for simple ingredients, most of which you probably already have in your kitchen. For the lettuce wraps, I choose to use ground chicken and that recipe knocked our socks off it was soooo good! Mr. had 3 helping of them. The chili was great too, so simple. Both of these will stay on our menu. This book is packed with recipes, how to use their system and of course those printed shopping lists.
