2 cups whole fresh or frozen strawberries
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
2 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbl cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Topping:
1 1/2 cups baking mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon, divided
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp grated lemon peel
Preheat oven 375'. In large bowl, combine berries, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Toss to coat. Spoon berry mixture evenly in a shallow glass baking dish (9x13).
To prepare topping, in a medium bowl, combine baking mix, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon peel. Mix well. Spoon topping in large dollops over berries. Bake cobbler until topping is golden and filling bubbles for 30 minuets. Cool slightly.

~My side note:
I used 1 16 oz bag of frozen strawberries, and 2 16oz bags of mixed berries. I also doubled the topping recipe, to make plenty for a 9x13 pan. We use cool whip on ours.
