We were sent a Live Gluten Freely product box that includes an assortment of gluten-free products from your favorite brands like Betty Crocker, Bisquick, Chex and Larabar, a Betty Crocker Red Serving Spoon, and coupons! My photo of these products seems to have disappeared in my files but I do have some of a couple of recipes I made using their GF items. I made the GF cupcakes w/GF frosting for our Family Movie night. NO ONE knew they were anything different, even Mr. ate a few. Another day I used the GF Bisquick in a coffee cake that asked for baking mix. This came out really good too (that recipe is for another blog entry). We all loved the Honey Nut Chex cereal (one of my faves anyway), and the kids loved the fruit snacks. I didn't care much for the Larabar, sad to say. I'm thinking of using the instant potatoes in a bread machine recipe that I like.

I'm not familiar with gluten free products but recently my sister's doctor switched her to that type of diet. After trying to go grocery shopping with her, we were both frustrated. I'm going to say more breakfast type of foods other than just cereal.

I would love to see a more "mainstream" gluten free frozen pizza. I know that Amy's makes one but I can never find it. I think that if a more mainstream company made one that stores would be more likely to carry it.

I am a first time visitor to your site. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac and googled gluten free blogs.
