-closed- Seasonings of Salonica Blends Giveaway and Review

Thomas Arvan (aka "The Spicy Greek") sent us a set of his spices Seasonings of Salonica for a review and a giveaway for you too! They have created meat, poultry, seafood and vegetable blends with 10 ingredients in each from recipes passed down in their generation. These spice blends are MSG and gluten free, and all natural. In Greek they say "OPA"! to celebrate and have fun, and that what these seasoning blends will do for your foods!

So far I've only used the poultry blend, I took some chicken breasts and a little canola oil and maybe 3-4 TBL of seasoning and added them to a bag to marinate in all day. I then seared one side of them in a hot pan then into the oven for a few to finish. It smelled so good in here while cooking, even my kids did that, "Mmmm smells good" while running through. =)
I can't wait to try the vegetable blend and the meat blend on some burgers perhaps!
