It's Friday, Mega Swag Bucks Day

Fridays are a big thing at Swagbucks. It's Mega Swag Bucks Day. Your chances of winning big on your searches is great today.
Do you search terms in your search bar every day? I do. Do you earn FREE points for doing so? I do, because I use Swagbucks! Those points add up to digital dollars that you can redeem for prizes such as gift cards and products! I personally love the Amazon gift cards. Those are 450 Swagbucks for a $5 amazon gc. Searching is not the only way to accumulate swagbucks though, often they will toss out codes that you enter, they have a daily poll worth 1 SB, if you use their toolbar on your desk top, you get 1 sb daily just for having it, they will blog codes, toss one on their swidget (mine is at the bottom of my blog, go look) and they also use Twitter and Facebook for codes too! So anyway, you earn swagbucks, win FREE prizes! It's all FREE! No obligations. You earn them at your own pace.

Search & Win

I have been using SB (swagbucks) since I signed up in July 2009 and since July last year I have redeemed 44 prizes. Many Amazon GC, 1 iTunes gc and 1 Restaurant .com gc. They are great for gift giving too. Save them up for grand prizes, save for birthday money, Christmas shopping money or spend on things for you. I have a nice chunk of amazon GC saved up from my swagbuck earnings. I think of it as my pay day since we're a one income family, I use my AGC towards things we need or want.

On Monday 8/1 there will be a Swag Code Extravaganza - that means multiple Swag Codes throughout the day - you could earn up to an extra 50 Swag Bucks. If you want more info on Swag Codes, learn more here.

What are you waiting for? Click here to start earning your Swagbucks.

Glow Crazy: Glow in the Dark Distance Doodler Review

For some summer fun, we were sent a Glow Crazy Glow in the Dark Distance Doodler.
Have lots of fun as you draw with the glow pen and write on the special wall clings using the stencils provided or draw your own creations and play games.

Distance Doodler includes:
-Dual Action Magic Light Wand
-2 jumbo wall clings
-4 stencil sheets
-Fun tip booklet

We couldn't wait for night time to use this, so we took it to the bathroom, hung up the two sticky wall clings and turned out the lights. We had fun using the stencils and just coloring all crazy creating a light show. Using the wider coloring setting, we had our little one lean against the sheet as we colored around him, leaving his silhouette. It looked like he was clinging onto the sheet with his hands (we had them spread out). I did a video of us playing with it, but my editor isn't working right and won't show it, so I clipped some photos off of it. The glow light doesn't last long on the sheets, as you can I tried to write "Mommy? I'm Hungry!", it was fading fast. We still had fun playing with this. The wall clings are removable, but hard to store, I put them back on the paper it came on, but even that was tricky to put on straight. Depending on your walls too, will determine how good they'll stick, so maybe some of that tacky adhesive stuff might be helpful. Actually if they could make a hanging sheet type of fabric out of this stuff, that would be better and more functional.

You can order online, follow along with them on Facebook and Twitter.

Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar Review

NAKANO® Seasoned Rice Vinegar has a sweet, light flavor that dresses up any dish. Simply splash it on everything from salads to pasta to meat and vegetables. They have a variety of distinctive flavors, Original, Roasted Garlic, Basil & Oregano, Red Pepper, Pesto, Balsamic Blend and Italian Herb.

* All Natural
* Low Calorie
* No Fat
* Gluten Free
* No preservatives
* 50% less sodium than the competition

NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar has some great low fat and easy recipe options that will deem you queen of the kitchen among your friends, family and neighbors. Here are some easy and delicious tips for your next dish.

NAKANO “Splash On” Tips:

· Skinny Mac Salad
Macaroni salad without mayonnaise? Yes! Forget the mayo and splurge with the zesty flavor of NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar. Combine cooked elbow macaroni, sliced celery, diced red onion, canned whole kernel corn and diced cucumber. Just before serving, splash generously with NAKANO and toss together. Other tidbits to add: sliced olives, diced ham, diced green or red bell pepper, capers.

· Sautéed Onion Topper
No butter, no fat, but lots of flavor! Just splash, sprinkle and stir. That's all there is to making this delicious onion topping for burgers (meat or veggie); grilled chicken sandwiches; sautéed, baked or grilled fish, steak or chicken; and even hot-cooked veggies. Place a thinly sliced large onion in a large non-stick fry pan. Splash with about 1/4 cup NAKANO seasoned rice vinegar (original, roasted garlic, or red pepper). Sprinkle with garlic powder or chili powder, and fresh-ground pepper or red pepper flakes. Stir over medium heat 10-12 minutes or until onion is soft and cooked, and rice vinegar has evaporated.

· Naked Coleslaw
Traditional coleslaw does not have to have mayonnaise to be delicious. Splash shredded cabbage with NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar, any flavor. Toss in crunchy matchstick carrots, radishes and sliced green onion, and there you have it! A delicious fat-free coleslaw. For variety, add celery, parsley or cilantro, pineapple tidbits, sweet pickles, toasted celery seeds or sesame seeds.

· Summer Salad
Switch up your summer salad with just a Splash of NAKANO. Skip the bottled dressing and make your own; pick the flavor to match your mood.
NAKANO Rice Vinegar products are manufactured from real, whole grain rice and are naturally brewed in the traditional Mizkan manufacturing process that began in Japan more than 200 years ago.

 We were sent NAKANO® - Original Seasoned Rice Vinegar and NAKANO® - Roasted Garlic Seasoned Rice Vinegar for review. I kid you not, as I was making sushi one day my package was delivered. Just in time as I was going to season my rice too. I went ahead and used the original flavor, stirred that with a little sugar and salt and drizzled over the rice. The rice was delicious.
I use rice vinegars a lot for marinades and seasoning so I can't wait to use the garlic flavor.

Keeping Cool This Summer with Musselman's Applesauce: Review

Summer is here and it’s time for barbeques with family and friends, picnics at the park and swimming at the nearest beach or pool. To help you prepare for the summer sun, Musselman’s Apple Sauce would like to share some creative tips that will help you keep your cool throughout the season.

We were sent a cute picnic basket full of great Musselman's Applesauce products and recipe cards. We dove right into making the Creamy Peach Berry Smoothie and Ice Pops, with my addition of mangoes. It was delicious and I liked the natural applesauce added to it, it make it sweet without adding sugar. I made ice pops with most of it and drank the rest as a smoothie. Yum. The next day after a dip in the kiddie pool, they had an ice pop for a cooling off treat.
Another recipe I will use is their Southwest Apple Butter Barbeque Sauce and I'll use that on some grilled pork chops. This uses their apple butter, mmm. I love to use apple butter on toasted cinnamon raisin bagels.

Some great tips and ideas for using Musselman's Applesauce:
-Freeze single serve applesauce cups and they'll help keep the rest of your picnic/school lunch cold
-Fill ice pop molds with Musselman's Totally Fruit Apple Sauce (my fave!) and freeze for a healthy snack
-Add 1/2 Cup Musselman's Natural Apple Sauce into 1 pound of ground beef for moist flavorful burgers

Musselman's also provides recipes for delicious summer smoothies, a green summer salsa that is perfect for entertaining, and a salad dressing and barbeque sauce that are tasty for both kids and adults. To find more recipes click here. Find a store near you with their store finder.
You can find Musselman's on Facebook and Twitter.

Red Baron Pizza Is The “Real Deal” Giveaway and Review *5 Winners*

Red Baron and Howie Mandel have teamed-up for the “Real Deal” online video series to fight against delivery pizza that charges too much for pizza. And since Howie has watched Americans make thousands of deals, he’s starring in these videos to show Americans how pizza delivery falls short on value and how Red Baron Pan Pizza is superior when it comes to quality, taste and convenience of pan pizza.

Do you know how much money you waste on ordering delivery pizza? Are you a budget-conscious reader? If so you'll this giveaway and deal. We were sent a "Real Deal Pizza Challenge" package to try out for ourselves. Instead of ordering a pizza and waiting 40+ minutes for it to arrive, I cooked up a simple Red Baron (Classic Crust -my store didn't have much to choose from, boo hoo) for our lunch one day. It only took about 25 minutes. Served with a salad, and since everything came with my package, we were ready to eat. Nothing like eating pizza hot from the oven, making your home smell delicious, give it a try and see what a deal it is.

How would you like to try the "Real Deal"? Enter below to win 1 of 5  "Real Deal Pizza Challenge" gift packs.

Red Baron pizza night prize pack includes:
* Coupon for a Free Red Baron Pizza
• Red Baron pizza cutter
• Red Baron plates and napkins
• Red Baron oven mitt and
• Red Baron pizza knife

So Red Baron partnered with Howie Mandel on a series of six web videos to prove just that – that Red Baron is superior to delivery. The reality-like videos showcase a head-to-head taste test featuring a family/group of friends sampling a Red Baron pizza and a delivery pizza that an unsuspecting driver brings by. Some of the videos are very funny. The delivery drivers were definitely surprised. All those videos are on the Red Baron YouTube and Facebook pages (www.Facebook.com/RedBaronPizza and www.YouTube.com/RedBaronPizzas). Watch a video clip here http://youtu.be/39U9b4aoZSI

heavy salt, animal products or genetically modified ingredients. Organic and gluten free options are also available. For more information, please visit www.rightfoods.com.

Before these arrived, I read about them online and they seemed to have recieved great reviews, so I was eager to give them a try. The four I received were Pad Thai Noodles, Spicy Kung Pao Noodles, Teriyaki Noodles and Thai Roasted Peanut Noodles. I first dug into a fave flavor, Teriyaki Noodle. Once cooked I let it set up for the sauce to thicken and the noodles to soak it up. These offer a great amount of noodles, perfect for a light lunch or snack. I thought this flavor was pretty good. I also tried the other flavors, though I am not a fan of nuts lingering in my food. The Pad Thai Noodles, once cooked and set, turned into a mound of noodles, I recommend for this one to lay it out on a plate if you can or the noodles get stuck together. I found the Spicy Kung Pao Noodles to be a little bit spicy for myself.
I do like these Dr. McDougall’s Right Foods Asian Entrées being a healtheir alternative to other cup O meals out there, and the flavors are great too.
