alternative to snacking for both you and your kids and are ideal for

available in three delicious flavors, pineapple, apple and mango,
with 90 calories or less per pack.

We were sent a bag of each flavor for review. These do have oats in them, and since they do not say Gluten Free anywhere and I'm guessing they do not use certified GF oats, I let my kids try them out for me. They are cute little nuggets of chewy fruit wrapped in a yogurt and oat coating. These were lucky to arrive just before school got out, so in the lunches they went. A great snack anytime. They liked them pretty well.
