The Taco Rack Giveaway and Review

The Taco Rack taco cookware allows you to prepare, cook, and serve hot crisp tacos with melted cheese from your oven or grill to table!

You've all seen the oven tacos I've blogged before, right? Well the wonderful Nicolas of The Taco Rack contacted me after seeing my post asking if I'd like to try his nifty contraption out instead of using my baking dish cooking the oven tacos. Sure I said! They have become a big hit here and from the comments you all send in, your homes as well. He was quick to send out a Family Fiesta Pack for our next taco night.

The Taco Rack is oven and grill safe, made of stainless steel, is dishwasher safe and stores flat. Using The Taco Rack helps keep your taco shells crisp and up off the pan being sure to heat all around. Just lay your corn tortilla shells or even soft flour tortillas in each taco holder space, heat up plain or fill with meats and cheese and heat up.

Now the oven tacos won't be sitting in any extra juices from the meat or melted cheese causing them to be soggy. No more cramming them into the baking dish trying to get them to stand up. With The Taco Rack, they'll heat up evenly and crisp and best of all you have "extra hands" to hold them as you fill and serve them as desired.

I did regular hard shell tacos, but will have to try soft flour tortillas next time for the family. My kids loved being able to take a bite and sit it back in a single rack, I loved that you can make more than one for your plate and not worry about it spilling all over.

it comes flat, easy to assemble, wash and store

I haven't used this yet but it looks like a great way to make Taco Night much easier! I prefer soft corn tortillas and this looks like a perfect way to use them without having to fry them! :)

I haven't yet--we are in the process of a serious kitchen remodel,so I am not cooking much of anything for real right now. BUT--we love Tex Mex, and this looks so cool! This is one of those simply brilliant things.

I was looking at the oven bake tacos and hubby immediately said "soggy tacos" then I saw this post - he wants me to get some! Free ones would be even better!

With just two of us this would be a wonderful way to make just a couple of tacos instead of the full amount of your recipe. Which by the way in pinned and will be sending on to my son and daughter.
