Mom's Tuna Gravy on Toast

4 cans tuna, drained
1/2 Cup butter
4 Cups milk
1/2 Cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
Melt butter in large skillet, gradually add flour, cook 1 minute, wisk in milk and seasoning. When thickened, add tuna. Serve over broken toast.

I remember having this as a kid, it was even in restaurants in Chicago! It had green peas in it, and was served over toast.
Probably was an inexpensive meal.
