Quick and Easy Brownie Cookies

1 10.25 oz Brownie mix package

1 Cup flour

1 egg

1/4 vegetable oil

2 Tbl water

1 Cup grated zucchini

1/3 Cup chopped nuts

Empty brownie mix in a medium size bowl, add flour to dry mix, and combine. Add oil, water and egg; mix by hand. Stir in nuts and zucchini. Drop by tablespoons onto a lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350' for 8-10 minuets. Makes about 18 cookies.

~my side note:

my adapted recipe from a brownie mix package. I also baked them at 325' for 8 1/2 minuets on my dark pans. You can omit the zucchini and nuts, and use only 1/4 Cup flour.

BTW - don't do the roasted chocolate stuffed strawberries. They look beautiful, but were entirely too much work and chocolate covered strawberries taste much better anyway. Win some . . . lose some.
