(modified version)
1 Cup white sugar
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup powdered sugar
3 cups peanut butter
3 eggs
54* milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped
Combine all sugars, peanut butter, and egg. Refrigerate 1/2 hour or until easy to handle.
Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350' for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.

*My side note:
I used this modified version, used my small cookie scooper and got 51 cookies. I baked at 300' for 12 1/2 minutes on a lined dark cookie sheet.

This is one of my all time favorite recipes. You can also add food coloring to the dough for holidays to make your cookies blue or red etc.
