I found a great deal on macadamia nuts and coconut the other day, so I went searching for recipes to make. I came across these at Bake Or Break who got the recipe from here. They looked really good, and sounded even better! For mine, I toasted the coconut and macadamias, to get their full flavor. I baked them at 325' on my dark cookie sheets, for 8 1/2 minutes. 1 batch gave me about 2 1/2 dozen cookies. Too bad Iam sick, and cannot taste or smell a thing. Shucks, guess I'll have to make them again soon.
