Haupia Macadamia Nut Bread Pudding

Oh my my! This is so so good! I found this wonderful delight over at Is It EDible? I wish I could think up a sauce to pour over this to make it even yummier. Mmmm.... now go ahead, try it for yourself! HERE is the recipe.
A tip: I guess you could also use regular size croissants, my 15 cocktail mini croissants weighed 10 oz.

How about some kind of vanilla sauce over it?
Not that I'd know how to make it.

Rachelle - BEAUTIFUL pics! I especially love the ones with the purple background - so very rich looking. I'm so very glad you enjoyed this recipe as much as I did. I've toyed with the idea of making this with milk chocolate chips or white chocolate chips. But that might just be TOO much of a good thing.
