3/4 Cup cocoa
2 1/2 sticks butter, softened
2 Cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Cup flour, sifted
1/2 Cup chopped nuts, optional
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Blend in cocoa, flour and nuts. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan, bake at 325' for about 35 minutes. These do come out to be more of a cake like brownie.
