-closed- Calming Collars for Pets Giveaway and Tomoson Review

Sponsored by Tomoson.com

Herbal filled Calming Collars are based on aromatherapy and they work, naturally! These collars help your dog (or cat) overcome cat stress and dog anxiety and just be a bit more relaxed. They help with fear of thunderstorms and bad weather, fireworks or other loud noises, and in most stressful situations like a trip to the groomer or to the vet. Calming Collars can be effective all day long. Custom made just for your pet.
Please check them out on Facebook page too!
Juneau is wearing a size large, 2-channel, #14-red bandana style

I reviewed this calming collar so my Brother's dog could enjoy it. When the package arrived, I could already smell the lavender and other herbs in it, it was strong and it made me worry if Juneau would like it. This collar is very well made, cute sturdy fabric and has a great clip. I sent it on to them after taking a couple of photos. It seems to have helped with her anxiety and stress! Read what my Sister in Law has to say about it so far:

"Oh my gosh! Juneau's collar is making the whole house smell like lavender!!! It's amazing!
Okay, so now that we have been using this for a while, I can give you a breakdown. Juneau is still a puppy, and very excitable! So this collar wasn't so successful in calming her down. Her bad habits were still in full force :) However, Juneau has VERY sensitive, dry skin. This causes her to chew and nibble on herself. It leaves her skin red, and irritated. We have noticed a change in her skin since she has been wearing the collar. Maybe a soothing effect? Her coat looks better, and she doesn't chew as much. Her two problem areas would be her back and front paws. She still chews on her back, but the paw chewing has gone done. Which is where the strongest smell of the collar would be. It hasn't been life changing. But, it is cute, easy to use, and I enjoy the scent. She actually gets upset with me if I take it off. She seems to prefer it! I can say that I am impressed with the strength of the smell. I expected it to go down significantly after a day or two. But it is still pretty strong! -Kristen"

How interesting! You may have found a whole new use for this collar!

I'm not trying to win anything, I don't have any pets, I just thought that was cool that this turned into a scientific experiment.

My favorite fabric choice is the blue bandanna (We are a family of University of Memphis fans!) I believe that my dog NEEDS this bandanna because he seems to NEVER settle down! He is a jack/rat terrier who will attack you with kisses anytime you enter a new room!

I would choose the red bandana or the blue bandana fabric. This might be useful for my beagle who licks and chews his skin even though he doesn't have fleas.

Bones on a Brick is my favorite fabric choice. My black lab has dry skin and is always licking, you can hear the slurps while watching tv.. he has an oatmeal bath, but needs a little bit more help.

I'd choose the pink skully for my Doberman! She's a lovely dog, but sometimes she gets really riled up by seeing people across the street. This would be awesome for her, and I could see it coming in handy on car trips too!

I would love to get the Pink Skulls for my little girl, we are planning a road trip soon and she has so much anxiety in the car but I don't want to give her drugs (she is so little and not a young pup anymore that I worry about them affecting her badly)
