Shout Out To Eat Out - Wild or Mild Chili's Menu: Review + You Can Win Too!

Chili's latest promotion is called Wild or Mild. They have added new menu items with ramped up spices or cooled down flavors from their original recipes, like Kicked-Up Queso, Blazin' Big Mouth Bites, Jalapeno Chicken Quesadillas and Sweet Maple BBQ Chicken Crispers. But, just in case you liked the taste the way it was, the original recipes are still on the menu! Have you been to try out their Wild or Mild menu?

We were sent a $20 Chili's gift card to go and try the New Wild or Mild menu. Luckily we have 2 Chili's nearby, so after our haircuts we went out for dinner. It was a full house when we arrived, but they had room for the 5 of us and we were seated as we walked in. Eric was our Waitress and she was friendly and nice. We ordered our drinks and a MILD appetizer from the Wild or Mild menu, as well as chips and salsa. Mr. ordered the quesadillas from the Mild menu, I ordered a Southern burger, kids got the kids meals and our oldest got some ribs. While waiting for our food we admired the decorations and atmosphere they have. I wish I could've snuck some pictures of it, but our table was in the open, and I had my camera....didn't want to look too silly! Our food arrived in a timely manner and of course I made everyone wait to eat so I can get photos! lol. We had a good night out, bellies were full and we even brought leftovers home.

SKILLET QUESO -MILD

Cheese dip with seasoned beef. Served with warm tostada chips and house-made salsa. This is SOOOOOO good! ORDER THIS! Mr, our oldest and I couldn't stop eating this dip. The chips are thin, crispy, seasoned with salt and just delicious! You can see my chip there with the broken end, every time I dipped, my chip broke, lol. When Erica came back around, she asked if we needed anything more, and I said, "Just the recipe for this!"...she laughed and wouldn't give it to me. I came home and searched online and found a copy cat recipe of it...and I had kinda guessed 2 of the ingredients correctly, while eating it! Someday, I'll have to blog it... but anyways, had we known how good this was, we would've ordered 2!

BACON RANCH CHICKEN QUESADILLAS -MILD
With applewood smoked bacon and cheese. Served with sour cream, house-made pico de gallo and ancho-ranch dressing with a beer. Mr. went for the MILD menu. I had to sneak a piece of these, they were pretty good! I think they use a thicker tortilla when making these, it didn't seem like a regular one. ??

SOUTHERN SMOKEHOUSE BACON BURGER

With maple bacon, smoked cheddar, mayo, crispy onion strings and ancho-chile BBQ sauce with Dr. Pepper. This is the second time I've ever had this, I fell in love with it the first time. It's so HUGE I can only eat part of it, but tastes SOOO good! I love the super thin crispy onion rings.

HALF RACK OF RIBS with original sauce

With homestyle fries with Root Beer. Mmm, Mr. and I kept trying to sneak bites of these ribs, they were nice and tender! I got a 2 for 1 shot of her eating the ribs...

PEPPER PALS® LITTLE MOUTH CHEESEBURGER

With homestyle fries and strawberry lemonade. Poor little guy wanted a corn dog instead, so we had Sissy eat half and swap for half his burger.

PEPPER PALS® CORN DOG
With Sweet Corn on the Cob and strawberry lemonade. She LOVED LOVED LOVED the corn! It was so cute when our Waitress Erica came around, she looks up while munching away and says, "this is the BEST corn on the cob!!!" She wanted another.
