KOHL'S #CookWithKohls $25 Gift Card Giveaway

This is a sponsored post on behalf of KOHL'S

Kohl's and Food Network want you to unleash your inner foodie! I encourage you to enter the #CookWithKohls sweepstakes! Follow along using #CookWithKohls on Instagram and Twitter  and you could win a $500 gift card, drawings every week! (see rules)

I am really enjoying my Food Network™ 3 1/2-qt. Enamel Cast-Iron Dutch Oven I previously told you about, so much so that I have used it three times this week already! I have seared a couple of roasts and braised cabbage and also started a baked potato soup (but this pot was too small to hold it all).

searing my pork roast, save those cooked on bits!

The recipe for this pork roast and braised cabbage is from Emeril, found at the Food Network website of course! You may repin the recipe from here. I loved this dish, all of it! I could not find juniper berries so I just left them out.

My Baked Potato Soup, more photos of this process to come. My family loves this recipe!
