Table full of all the fixings!

I made four different sandwich recipes for our little sandwich dinner at home. We created some and used some recipes from a pinterest post I had saved. I asked my family to choose which they'd love to have as a sandwich, see below for our choices! I used my gluten free bread for my sandwiches. I made a half size of each so I could try them all too.

My family loved the bread and thought it was so soft and delicious!

I have having a giveaway for FOUR WINNERS to win 2 coupons each for $5 off a loaf of bread (it's basically free!). Enter to win below, this is a fast giveaway! Hurry, because these coupons expire the end of the month and I need to get them to you!

Mr. chose a Pastrami and Pepper Jack Sandwich
Pastrami, sliced
Lettuce, sliced
White onion, sliced

Slather bread with mayo, mustard and layer on your veggies, pastrami and cheese.

Our oldest chose a Roast Beef with Horseradish and Cucumber Sandwich
Roast beef
Cucumbers, thinly sliced
Pepper Jack cheese

Mix horseradish with enough mayo to make it spreadable, and spread it on bread. Top with thinly sliced roast beef, thinly sliced cucumbers, arugula and cheese.

This was surprisingly good!!

My little kiddos chose a PB, B & B Sandwich
Peanut Butter
Bacon, cooked
Banana, sliced
Toast two pieces of  bread, and slather them with peanut butter. Layer with bacon and banana.

Everyone LOVED my creation the best!!

I created a Chicken Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Grilled chicken, sliced
Jarred Jalapenos, drained
Cream Cheese
Bread (I used a gluten free bread)

Butter one side of bread and spread cream cheese on the other side then place butter side down in a hot skillet. Layer on the chicken, jalapenos and cook until golden brown. Top with second buttered & cream cheese bread and flip to cook that side.

Look who's at the store!!
