For my review, I just couldn't decide what to make, so I have pages marked to make throughout summer. I did decide on a nice refreshing drink for the kids and I Sparkling Watermelon Lemonade. What a treat to have for our first day of Summer. I bought a big seedless watermelon (they aren't really seedless.) and used half since I only needed 6 lbs. You've got to have extra to eat too. As I was blending the watermelon, my oldest come out of her room and could smell it all the way through the house.
It's such an easy recipe, but it needs chill time (oops I didn't read the directions before hand) and I think it's so the watermelon will sweeten the lemonades. My kids thought it was a little sour, see photo hahaha. But my oldest and I liked it.
